Refund policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products (e.g., music downloads, exclusive video content)

  • Clearance or Sale items marked as "Final Sale"

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (e.g., a shirt with a printing error). If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us directly.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Our Responsibility (Defective Items): If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a prepaid return label.
